Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Email us at hola@lovefreya.es to start a return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Once we receive your item and check it over, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Just send us a quick message — if we have it in stock, we’ll hold it for you while your return makes its way back to us.
